Mrs Jackson explains about her last job, teaching on a boat. There were different challenges to teaching – often there was a wider age range – and returning back to teaching in the UK after a period of time a lot of things had changed, or was new, like phonics.She has spent a lot of time on the ship teaching – Her sister had twins on a ship and she spent time with them. A friend told her about Paganel School and that’s when she decided to apply to work at Paganel School. She explains all about her career from the time she finished at college, and what life was like on a boat. As part of the job she visited many South Asian countries.
