Mrs. Sanders explains how excited she was when she started work at Paganel Primary School. She started as a volunteer, then she was an integration assistant, and then she trained as a Teaching Assistant, all at Paganel Primary School. She says it would be a lot easier if she’d gone straight to college from school.
